Si, la colazione è sempre inclusa nelle nostre tariffe. Siamo fuori dal centro storico e preferiamo offrire questo servizio sempre perchè iniziare la giornata in relax e coccolati è sempre il modo migliore per iniziarla, anche quando siete qui per lavoro!
Si, offriamo tariffe per clienti business che soggiornano in DUS e possono includere anche il servizio di cena in struttura.

No, non formiuliamo mai offerte all-inclusive perché pensiamo che chi soggiorna qui voglia anche scoprire la città e lasciarsi trasportare alla scoperta enogastroniomica della nostra città. Ma se sceglierete di cenare e pranzare sempre qui, vi riserveremo prezzi dedicati.
No, la nostra struttura non accoglie animali seppur li amiamo molto. Questa scelta è stata fatta per rispettare il nostro cane Ombra, che per nostra scelta, già non condivide gli spazi degli ospiti. Non riteniamo corretto ospitare altri animali
No, accogliamo anche famiglie e i bambini di ogni età sono benvenuti nel pieno rispetto del regolamento e delle regole della casa per tutelare sempre tutti gli ospiti presenti.
Si! Abbiamo uno spazio auto per ogni una delle nostre camere.
Non possiamo accogliere camion o furgoni che superano i 2.15mt di altezza, camper o carrelli /caravan.
Siamo dotati di un garage chiuso e coperto per bici e attrezzature sportive di piccole/medie dimensioni di valore.
Si, ma l’accesso alla struttura è vincolato al numero di ospiti che soggiornano per tutelare al massimo chi vive la sua vacanza. Potete chiamare e chiedere la disponibilità all’accesso. Il costo parte da 40€ a persona al giorno e include l’accesso alla piscina dalle 10.30 alle 18.30, e un Welcome Drink servito vicino all’ora di pranzo. È previsto un prezzo scontato in caso di servizio light lunch (solo 50€ cad.) o per la prenotazione last second della cena (se disponibile nel giorno della prenotazione – altrimenti resta un servizio da prenotare in anticipo).
Si, è possibile cenare in struttura anche se non si alloggia previa prenotazione 24h prima e conferma. Non è possibile ordinare a la carte, tutti i menù sono unici e stabiliti in anticipo. Anche l’orario di inizio cena è già stabilito.
Si, si può concordare l’organizzazione di un piccolo evento, ma in questo caso facciamo sempre in modo che la casa sia ad uso esclusivo di chi prenota per queste situazioni.

We are located just outside the historic city center, and we prefer to always offer this service because starting the day relaxed and well cared for is simply the best way to begin — even when you are here for work.
Yes, we offer special rates for business guests staying in single occupancy (DUS), with the possibility of including dinner service at the property.

No, we do not offer all-inclusive packages, as we believe that guests staying with us should also enjoy discovering the city and exploring its rich food and wine culture.

No, our property does not accommodate pets, although we truly love animals.
This choice has been made out of respect for our own dog, Ombra, who – by our decision – does not share the guests’ spaces. For this reason, we do not feel it would be appropriate to host other animals.
No, we also welcome families, and children of all ages are welcome, provided that house rules and guidelines are respected in order to ensure a pleasant stay for all our guests.
Yes! We provide one parking space for each of our rooms.
Please note that we cannot accommodate trucks or vans exceeding 2.15 meters in height, motorhomes, trailers, or caravans.
We also offer a secure, covered garage for bicycles and small to medium-sized valuable sports equipment.
Yes, however access to the property is limited in order to protect the comfort and privacy of our staying guests.
You are welcome to call us to check availability for pool access.
Rates start from €40 per person per day and include access to the swimming pool from 10:30 AM to 6:30 PM, as well as a welcome drink served around lunchtime.
A reduced rate may apply if you choose to book a light lunch service or, subject to availability, a last-minute dinner reservation.
Yes, it is possible to dine with us even if you are not staying at the property, subject to reservation at least 24 hours in advance and confirmation of availability.
Please note that an à la carte service is not available. All menus are fixed and defined in advance, and the dinner starting time is also pre-established.
Yes, it is possible to arrange a small private event with us. In such cases, we always ensure that the house is reserved for the exclusive use of the group booking the event.
